The Power of Touch

I’ve always felt passionate about the power of healing touch. It led me to be a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and teach parents how to communicate their love through touch. I’ve seen parents understand their baby’s cues differently and I’ve seen babies take an outbreath after the first session and unfurl their tight muscles. Massage is a lifelong parenting tool to carry through life’s bumps and bruises or to simply connect deeply.

As a mom of 4, my oldest being a teenager, I’ve been grateful for oils and the power of healing touch as a tool for connecting with my kids.  “Mom, can you rub my back?” This is a casual statement that lights me up. It’s a simple invitation to get back to the moment. We’ve also created sessions in our home where we get out the massage table and treat each other to Aromatouch massages, applying oils that calm the nervous system and support the immune system. Connection through healing touch is part of feeling warm from the inside out.

kind words…

“I’ve been taking melissa oil Internally for the last few years and it is remarkable how much I am able to bounce back if my immune system is feeling a bit drained- which happens when my 1 and 3 yr old decide to we're going to have a sleepless night. it's also wonderful for taking the edge off of that moment when I'm about to lose my cool that we're not all asleep at 2:30 am.
all in all, it's a powerful eo that I'd recommend to anyone who who's trying to keep their immune system at it's peak.”
