The Power of Touch

I’ve always felt passionate about the power of healing touch. It led me to be a Certified Infant Massage Instructor and teach parents how to communicate their love through touch. I’ve seen parents understand their baby’s cues differently and I’ve seen babies take an outbreath after the first session and unfurl their tight muscles. Massage is a lifelong parenting tool to carry through life’s bumps and bruises or to simply connect deeply.

As a mom of 4, my oldest being a teenager, I’ve been grateful for oils and the power of healing touch as a tool for connecting with my kids.  “Mom, can you rub my back?” This is a casual statement that lights me up. It’s a simple invitation to get back to the moment. We’ve also created sessions in our home where we get out the massage table and treat each other to Aromatouch massages, applying oils that calm the nervous system and support the immune system. Connection through healing touch is part of feeling warm from the inside out.

kind words…

“I love the lavender oil for bedtime. I sprinkle a bit on my pillows or put some behind my ears. Scott has been using them in the diffuser at night to help him wind down too!”

”Hey Christy! The oils are fab! Put some peppermint on my neck and shoulders this morning and they loosened right up!”
